ACTiVA Rubber Flooring, a natural choice.
An ecological material that combines design and function, with high technical performances and with environmental compatibility – throughout its life cycle.
Made of a compound based on SBR (a bi-product of the refining process of oil), it lands into a cutting edge technology that finds its environmental value in a process FREE of materials known to pose health and environmental hazards.

Heavy metals (Lead, Antimony, Arsenic, Barium, Chromium, etc.)
Halogens (chlorine, bramines, fluorine, CFCs, iodine)
Plasticizers (phthalates, etc.)
Formaldehyde
Asbestos
PVC (polyvinyl chloride)
Environmental and safety advantages result from the extremely low (or negligible) VOC’s and TVOC’s – contributing to the air quality of the facilities where used, while the long durability improves the product life-cycle avoiding replacements.
ACTiVA Rubber Flooring products are in compliance with the stringent California Air Quality Standard 01350 for the low/negligible VOC’s.
The vulcanized construction provides also a non-porous surface, for high hygiene.
And at the end of its long life-cycle rubber flooring is considered an urban solid waste, normally disposed of in common discharges. It can also be incinerated.
